When logging out of MBH on my desktop computer it asks if I want to save memorizations locally, in which case "Any changes will not be tied to this account."

what does "Any changes will not be tied to this account." mean? What does "tied to this account" mean? Does it mean saved in the Cloud? Is "changes" referring to recently-made or future changes in a memorization, or both?
