Bug: Desktop automatically capitalizes and creates a new tag when selecting an existing lowercase tag

Description:
On the desktop site, when I try to add an existing lowercase tag (e.g. "faith") to a memorization, the app automatically capitalizes it ("Faith") and creates a new tag instead of using the existing one.
On mobile, I can create and use lowercase tags normally. This means I now have two separate tags "faith" and "Faith", even though they should be the same tag.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create a lowercase tag on mobile (e.g. "faith").
- On desktop, open a memorization and try to add the same tag ("faith").
- Notice that it’s auto-capitalized ("Faith") and saved as a new tag instead of reusing the existing one.
Expected Behavior:
The desktop site should recognize existing lowercase tags and reuse them instead of creating new uppercase tags.
Actual Behavior:
Desktop doesn't reuse existing lowercase tags and creates new uppercase tags.
Impact:
Creates duplicate tags that differ only by capitalization.
Makes tag management and searching inconsistent between desktop and mobile.
Environment:
Platform: MacOS 12
Mobile platform: Android
Browser: Chrome
