Is there a way to add a notification on more days so it stays with you even longer? For example all the default days but also day 60,90,120,300,600,900 etc?

Yes, change the "Review By" date. Then, if you want to repeat an interval, just tap on the memorization, go to "notifications" and tap which interval you want
