Hi Craig, thanks for your reply. I'm on the settings page on my Mac, but there's no option showing to turn on/off 'offline mode'. How can I find it? Tom
EDIT: Never mind...I'm an idiot! I just turned it off...duh. Thanks.

- Make sure you are signed in with the same provider that you bought it with (apple, google, or email).
- Check if your account says "premium"
- Check if you turned off the 'offline mode' on the Settings page of the app.
- Repeat steps 1-3 on the website and see if your memorizations are there: https://memorizebyheart.app/
- If none of those work, email us at support@memorizebyheart.app with your user id and we'll look into it further

I've tried logging out and restarting...no success. I have lifetime premium.
